History

RPS was established in 1991 and became one of the most successful designers, project managers and operators of landfill gas generation projects. Though the 1990’s to 2001 RPS built a market leading business on behalf of Welsh utilities SWALEC and Hyder with over 25 projects operating or in construction and a pipeline of a further 25 plus. This business was sold to United Utilities for a significant cash sum leaving RPS to concentrate on new development opportunities and projects.

The company is now focused on specific target technologies in the renewable sector where it can best utilise its extensive practical experience.
